JHJM Teams:

MaintenanceThe team will setup and get the venues for Workshops and Conferences ready for the New Job Ministry. That is, logistics to setup before and after Workshops, etc.

Implementation The team will assist JHJM in coming up with implementation strategies that will best empower the ministry to accomplish its goals.

Technology - The team will create, develop and coordinate all approved technology efforts in partnership with JHDC technology ministry. The team will assist JHJM with technology Strategies that will best empower the ministry to accomplish its goals.

Communications & Marketing - The team will create, develop and coordinate all approved communication for JHJM internally and externally. Assist with Flyers & Materials for all events, Newsletters, Blast Emails, Volunteer Recruiting Materials & Orientation, Brochure, etc.

HR Coaching The team will create, develop and coordinate programs and services for participants. It will partner with existing teams within and outside of JHJM, to develop programs and services like Individual Action Plan, Assessment and Surveys, Coaching/Mentoring, etc.

Networking & Partnerships - The team will create, develop and coordinate all approved programs for the ministry.  Whenever possible, build and foster relationships with members, community leaders, agencies, and employers. Efforts will be geared towards hosting Employment Workshops, Networking Events, Job Fairs, etc.

Training & Development - The team will create, develop and coordinate all approved programs that help to equip our participants for job placements and retention.  Resume building and critique; Interviewing and mock interviews; Job Search strategies; Work Ethics, etc are some of the areas that will be covered.
